As I write this entry, a bookshop owner in Brisbane has a copy of my novel The Heart Divided on the top of her reading stack, to read it with a view to stocking copies in her shop!

This is scary and exciting all at once.

How hard is it to walk into a library and say: I wrote this book, and I would like to donate a copy of it to the library?
